Turkish Dishes: Keskul


Keskul is one of the milky desset as Sutlac. Some adds also shredded coconut on top as well.
it is also easy to make.

What you will need:
1 liter whole milk
3 tablespoon shredded almond
1 tablespoon pistacho powder
3 tablespoon rice flour.
1 cup sugar

How to prepare:
Pour the cold milk and add shredded almonds, pistacho and rice flour.  Make sure the rice flour is melted in a warm water before adding to the pot. When the milk gets warmer, add the sugar and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Pour the mixture into the bowl and top with pistacho powder or shredded almonds.
