Qatar Marine Festival 2011 really emphasizes focus on art as seen in the Visual Art Symposium.
The Visual Art Symposium includes art exhibition of GCC artists painting their masterpieces live with the goal of winning the competition.

Of course, there's the children's visual art workshops for 6-9 year-old-kids. The Turknoys are too young to participate but they have their own special table. Not as enjoyable as the Bahoor World. But worth visiting as well.
