Turkish Dishes: Lahmacun, Pide and Roundup

Two weeks of posting, 13 dishes after, the Turk deserves a break, don't you think? We ordered lahmacun for a feast of turkish taste without cooking.

so happy with lahmacun and pide! - all set to pig out!
Lahmacun is also called Turkish Pizza,  tomato and parsley are normally used as pizza topper - the unique thing about this lahmacun  or Turkish pizza is that it is rolled and eaten like a shawarma.

Pide is a Turkish pie which could be topped with cheese or both. It is also one of the most popular Turkish snack. Delicious!

And here is the roundup of the Turkish dishes we have prepared and listed here. Enjoy cooking and let us know how it turned out.
