Eggplant Salad |
This is a meze or a turkish side dish. If you are planning to have the main dish Musakka, this could be a good side dish.
You will need:
A medium size eggplant
1 cup of yogurt
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 tomato
half lemon
How to cook:
- Roast the eggplant on the stove fire, peel under cold water and chop in small pieces.
- Shred garlic and tomato.
- Mix ingredients in a separate pot.
- Add olive oil after mixing.
- Put some lemon (or vinegar) drops for taste.
- Best served cold.
