The dish can be cooked without the meat for vegetarians.
What you will need:
500 grams frozen or fresh green peas
150 grams minced meat or cubed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium sized carrot-chopped
1 medium sized potato-chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 medium sized onion-chopped
1 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
How to cook:
Put the minced meat with black pepper in hot oil. After 10 minutes, toss chopped onion and potato. Wait for onion to turn pinkish. Add your green peas and carrots.Five minutes later, you can add hot water in to the pot and let it rest on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Simmer for about 10 minutes after boiling.
