Turkish Dishes: Egg Salad

Egg salad anytime for anyone!

A very simple and easy to prepare breakfast. You might also try this as side dish.

What you will need:
2 medium sized eggs
1 cherry tomato
2 table spoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of parsley

How to cook:
Boil egg for five minutes. Remove egg shells. Separate the egg yolk for the white. Cut in small cubes,
Mix with olive oil and parsley, then add salt and place in a serving dish.  Top with cherry tomato.

All ready!

If you want a midnight snack or can't sleep at night, you can quickly prepare this and add two tablespoons of full fat yogurt and sprinkle some dry mints. Eat and sleep tight.
