Loving all the Kids Book in Doha! What's more fun to learn table manners than using animals on the dining table?
We read Chocolate Mousse for Greedy Goose and suddenly craved for some dessert ourselves. Part of reading book is wanting to satisfy our other senses, right? *winks!*
Although, we didn't find this book particularly brilliant for our tastes, the illustrations are good. We love the rhymes, though and that made the book worth reading. Although we won't be getting ourselves our own copy but if given the chance, may borrow again this book in the library.
Book Description
Learning good table manners has never been this much fun!
"Chocolate mousse!" says greedy Goose. "Don't just grab it," says angry Rabbit.Good manners are not on the menu at this meal. Duck won't eat his carrots. Moth's eating the cloth, and Sheep would rather sleep than wash the dishes. Thank goodness some of the animals know how to behave. Children's favorite foods and animals are combined in delicious rhyming phrases, making this story of the funniest dinner party ever perfect to read aloud.
Now, who wants some chocolate mousse?
