Last time , we had this pilav was during New Year's Eve 2011 in Kefken with our big family.
Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
What you will need:
1/2kg chestnuts-previously cooked on the stove or oven.
2 cups of rice
4 cups of water
2 table spoon butter
2 table spoon salt
2 table spoon pine nuts
2 table spoon black raisin

What you will need:

How to prepare:
- Rice should rest in salty warm water for 10 minutes.
- Then toss into butter pan. Toss in the pine nuts next.
- Add the cups of water.
- Cook for about 10 minutes or until rice cooks.
- Add cooked chestnuts and raisin
- Keep the lid close for about 15 minutes after turning off the heat.
